How can a 13 year old get in shape and muscular fast?!


Question: How can a 13 year old get in shape and muscular fast!?
I'm about 110 lbs!. and 5'4 or so how can I get in shape for sports and get visible abs and muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats exactly where i was at 13 cept mabe a half an inch taller and 10 lbs lighter but the best thing to do is simply go running, shoot for 2 miles without having to stop, (do that every other day) and then do 50 situps and 50 pushups everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

anyhoo you just need to work out!. alot!. but it wont happen fast, just do some cardio every day and follow with push ups, sit ups, ab workouts, or whatever you think you need!. try youtubeWww@Answer-Health@Com
