How do i get the camel hump on my bicep?!


Question: How do i get the camel hump on my bicep!?
hey all, i been working out for about 2 weeks now, havent started taking whey protein yet, but i will this comming week!.
i have been focusing on my biceps, as i would like nice big arms, but whenever i tense, my muscle mainly shows towards the back of the bicep area!.!.!.!.if you get me!.!.!. like some people have the camel hump, which is the big lump directly in the center of the bicep, i want that!. does it have something to do with growth or puberty!? im 15 and 5'5

Your rate of development will have something to do with being able to produce the look you want!. As far as the "hump", along with the normal bicep exercises try adding the two following movements:

1!. Zottman Curl
This is a normal bicep dumbell curl in the positive direction!. At the top of the curl, turn your palms 180 degrees and finish the negative portion of the curl!.

2!. Modification to the Dumbell Curl and Hammer Curls
At the top of the motion (end of the positive motion), add a twisting motion that turns your palms outward!. This will only result in about 45 degrees of twist as you get to the top of the motion but will help in the results you are looking for!.

As far as the whey protein, this will not help you build muscle unless you are having problems getting your required protein intake!. It will come in useful postworkout though as you will need both fast burning protein and fast burning carbs as soon as you finish your last rep - at minimum within one hour of your workout!.

ure 15 and ure takin why protein!? firstly, do you now whats in whey!? i hope ure not a vegitarian then!.
and ure 15, you dont need to work out, if you work out at such a young age ure muscles will deteriorate quciker as you grow older!. also the moment you stop working out your muscle will become fat, and i can garuentee at 15 you wont continue working out all year round!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
