Question: 14 years old,tall,and 181 pounds!!! but i don't look very fat!.!?
i need to drop some(i mean alot)of my pounds and soon!. help me!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. eat healthy -- 1600 calories a day is the average intake!.
2!. get rest!.
3!. exercise!.

people think that if you eat whatever you want ad exercise regularly that you are going to shed pounds!.!.!.but it doesn't work that way!. you need to do the three things listed above!.

well, how tall are you!? I was 181 pounds when i was 14 but i was 5 foot 9 inches!. Still, i looked slightly overweight!. So i decided to go on a diet!. I joinedf weightwatchers with my family 1 year ago!. Since then i have lost over 30 pounds at my own pace!. I feel so much better now! I look better, prettier, and i can do much more sport activites without getting winded!. Just eat healthy food, dont overeat, find your daily needed amount of calories, and stick to it!. Just by cutting 500 calories out of your calories makes you lose a pound without exercise!. cARDIO is the best and ,most effective exercise i know!. I am still losing and getting closer to my goal!. Ok! first, calm down l0l your ok, I have the same problem cause I'm 15 and I'm 190 pounds(and losing weight)!. Now you should know muscle weighs more than fat right!?!? You probably have a lot of muscle is all but don't fret about it! If you want to lose some pounds that you KNOW is fat then go ahead and do it by exercising but having fun at the same time too! Like maybe jumping on a trampoline, or swimming, anything you like to do!. Just be sure your still moving! I'm sure you will be alright!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a low carb, high protein diet!. The exercise others suggest will help too!. There is a thing that after age 35, people will gain 10 pounds per decade!. That can add up!. You don't want to be 300 pounds at 55 and the consequences of heart trouble or stroke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat lot's of healthy foods that are low in cholesterol and fat!. and just exercise daily!. but don't go over board with the exercise or you'll end up looking like this one girl at my school named kimm! kimm is disgusting looking because she weighs like 40 lbs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worry, i know how you feel!. when i was 11 I was 160 pounds!. It was scary cause I was amost was struck with type 1 diabeates!. My advise to you is just keep extracising and you'll be ok!. Trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
