Answers:

Yogurt is soooo good for you, that it should be your #1 choice in dessert if you have a sweet tooth and want something more after dinner. It will help your digestion, too!

Stay away from chemicals, is my number 1 suggestion. Here is a new supplement called Fucothin or sea-thin. It is a new product derived from brown seaweed and it promotes thermogenesis without stimulants and increases metabolism by 18.2%…

Fat burning products can be very dangerous (ephedrine) stimulates central nervous system, increases your heart rate and causes sweating and even heart palpitations… but these products are safe because they are food supplements and they can be used for long period of time without harmful effects because it is stimulant free.

Carotanoid is what makes brown seaweed brown - Fucoxanthin is a compound found in brown seawed that helps the body burn fat and especially targets burning belly fat - sea vegetables are so special because of the caratanoid / pignant that specifically targets white adipose tissue (fat).

Most foods approved by God are found in Lev 11 and Deut 14.

Shift your focus to nutrition and not weight loss and weight loss will happen. The average weight for women increased from 140 in 1960 to 162 in 2002... The change was because of their diet!!!

People stress out physically, emotionally and mentally about losing weight, while they continue to eat and drink the wrong things that only prevent them from losing weight. The ultimate health plan and the only one to follow has been around for thousands of years, it’s the bible. On top of which, if you are at a restaurant and cannot decide what you would be satisfied with, ask the Lord and the Holy Spirit will guide you. You’ll order something healthy, and because you conferred with Him, first, you will be satisfied. God’s plan is a daily plan, a lifestyle plan, and He is always there to help you find products you need and foods that will detoxify your body and make you well, preventing otherwise premature and degenerative diseases.

More notes on overall wellness:

Regular exercise. My favorite is pilates and walking, although I ski in the winter and mountain bike in the summer as well. Pilates you can do any time, and you elongate your muscles rather than bulk up.

Omega 3 cod liver oil is essential for the omega 3s and vitamins A and D;

Whole food multivitamin is absolutely crucial;

Green superfood to get your veggies, chlorophil and antioxidants as well as consuming a whole food fiber blend to get certain seeds, grains and legumes that not only prevent cancer and support your heart and other major organs.

I hope this helps….
