Ways to Bounce back from a weekend of Eating too much junk and drinking too much!


Question: Ways to Bounce back from a weekend of Eating too much junk and drinking too much beer! :-)!?
So i've been watching what i eat lately and i've been keeping up w/ my exercise!.!.I feel great!.!.!.however, This past weekend i have graduation parties to attend as well as a big pigroast!. So basically I spent my weekend eating way to much meat and junk food and drinking waaay to much alcohol!. *I had a good time tho don't get me wrong!.

So my question is, How do i get back on track and are there ways to bounce back from this crummy weekend and start feeling good again!
Any magic feel good foods to eat!? Or should i drink lots of water!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't undo unhealthy eating all you can do is go back to healthy eating habits!. I follow a very strict diet Mon-Fri so I can eat freely on Sat & Sun when I'm relaxing on the weekends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Life happens and there is not one person that hasn't done this before!. Just get over it and start doing what you were to make yourself feel great in the first place!. I find that a lot of veggies, fruit, and water help me feel better fast when combined with high intensity cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, drink plenty of water and get right back to your normal diet and exercise program!. One weekend won't do much, if any, harm!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont sit there feeling sorry for youself we all make mistakes you had fun you enjoyed life dont beat yourself up over it its natural and normal
just hop back into your normal routine and you should be fine Www@Answer-Health@Com
