It's important to keep hydrated while you are working out and sweating!. I also drink lot's of water during exercise!. It's very important to do so and don't listen to those who tell you otherwise!. As far as gaining weight, any weight from the water will just be temporary, it won't be fat so don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too much of anything is bad for you, but unless your drinking like 6 gallons per an hour workout I wouldn't worry about it!. You need water to keep yourself hydrated!. Don't worry about your water weight, it shifts alot!. You could easily sweat out a lot of your water weight in an hour at the cost of dehydrating yourself while your doing it!. Don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you are doing is creating too much of a demand on your body to utilize the oxygen in your blood!. When you consume something your blood rushes to your stomach to help digest and absorb it!. If your body is exercising then it also requires blood to utilize the oxygen from your hemoglobin!. Basically, your spreading your oxygen supply too thin leading to possibly light headed feelings and inhibited performance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they say it's good to drink a cup of water for every 15mins of exercise to keep yourself hydrated!. for me, after an intense workout i can "lose" 2lbs!.!.!.but that's because of the sweat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
