I'm 16, 5'7, and athletic!. I run every day, I weigh 128!. My body fat percentage ((online measurement test)) was 18!.3%!. Is this good!?

Well it would be really lean, but websites can't accurately assess your body fat percentage!. Try getting some body fat callipers!.

That's a very good amount for a woman!. Men typically have less body fat for some obvious reasons (no boobs)!.
