Does Slimming World really work?!


Question: Does Slimming World really work!?
I have done Weightwatchers for the last few years lost 22 pounds on it but put it back on 6 months ago and have never been able to shift the weight again!. Quite frankly I am really bored of WW and have heard that Slimming World is just as good and I feel a new plan could be what is needed to kick start my weight loss again!. I am slightly worried though that you can literally eat as much as you like of certain foods (and not just salad and fruit etc!?) can this really work!?!? Anyone who has been on Slimming World Id love to hear your experiences, Im determined to get on a new plan and stick to it now as I really need to lose 2 stone in the next 6 months - thanks in advance for your answers! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does work and it is not that hard to follow!. I lost 3 stone in 3 months a few years ago!!

There are red and green days and you never go hungry!. On a red day you can eat as much meat as you want and on a green day you can eat as much rice, pasta and potatoes as you want!. Some things you have to weigh or restrict, but it's pretty easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i went for a month and its so hard u always think wat to eat wat not to eat!. u cant eat hardly anything and u get tired were u not eat enough!. i lost so much weight so quickly my partner begged me to stop going!. now i have stopped i realize it was the worse diet ever!. its like slowly starving ur self!. my advice is not to bother it makes u feel crapWww@Answer-Health@Com

she was HUGE i mean HUGE, about 20 stone!?
now she's around 10 stone!

my boyfriends mum goes to slimming world
she has been going for 5 years and we want her to stop going
as soon as she hit her target weight they havent been bothered about her
slimming world consists of green days and red days
its a really stupid diet on some days (i cant remember which) she only eats rivitas and small salads coz she can only have so many sins
on those days she has less sins than other days
you cant eat excatly what you want you eat low cal/fat versions of foods and you count sins
i find it really complicated to follow
and she hasnt lost anymore weight since she got to her targetWww@Answer-Health@Com
