Answers:
Since you're only 32, the only way I could see you using a stabilizing bar is if your balance is REALLY bad!.

And even if that is the case, you can still get around the need for a bar!. Just don't bounce as high or do anything crazy until your balance improves (which typically doesn't take very long)!.

Just keep the mini trampoline away from any sharp furniture edges or anything else you could hurt yourself on!. Also, do NOT wear socks while bouncing - they are VERY slippery on the mat!.

Generally only senior citizens or those weakened by an illness use the bar - and even they ditch it once they get stronger!. Although if you are in a weakened condition for whatever reason, the bar will definitely be a good investment for you!.

The only real disadvantage to buying a trampoline with a bar is that you'll pay more money than one without the bar!. Once your balance improves, just remove it!.

A bar might help your confidence at first, if you're nervous, but it's much better exercise without one!. If you're holding onto a bar it limits the exercise your upper body is getting (using your arms for more than just holding on is better) and is awkward to use if it's not the ideal height!.
I'd recommend using one without, but maybe you can get them with a removable bar so you can try both!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

With out Bar!.
So then you can Skip on the Trampoline!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
