Question: Would i lose weight if i fast for a month!?
I have to fast for a month for a religious reason (Ramadan) !.!.!.!. i am not doing it to lose weight!. I eat breakfast at 4 in the morning and fast all day until 7 p!.m!. (no water no nothing)!. I am in a pretty healthy weight 125 pounds and 5,7 tall (i am 16)!. I am just wondering though will i lose weight or gain weight if i do that for a month!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but to answer your question!.!.!.!.depends how you will do it!.!.!.!.!.In my case i gain weight in Ramadan because after fasting all day long when it comes to eating i dig in like crazy but if you eat small things when it comes to breaking your fast that will help!.!.!.!.eat such things as fruits and drink a lot of water!.!.!.!.!.
and don't forget to drink your soup and eat your data w/water and breaking fastWww@Answer-Health@Com

The type of fast that you do in the month of Ramadan is not going to give you a gain or loss of weight!.
You are in great shape so just watch it do some body parts specific exercises, and watch what and how much you eat, at the end of about 28 day you can get back to your normal routine and do the corrections as needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, im doing it too, just as long as u get the essentials in you, you should be fine!. me, when i fast, last year i put on a couple pounds, cause wasnt active after i had my meal!. strange as it seems :P
if u get the right stuff down you, i think u should be fine!.
YOU MIGHT gain a couple pounds * this is a guess* cause ur metabolism may slow down with not eating as much, and therefore MAY digest ur food slower, im no sure, but its a guess!.

well depending on what you eat, and how much when you can eat, you might lose weight, or gain weight, or stay the same, it depends on how many calories you eat when you can, and how much exercise you get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
