Question: Do you think I'm fat!?Please be Honest!!?
Well, I am 12 years old and I weigh 100 pounds!. I know that if I was normal height I'd be fine!.!.!. but I'm only 4'7 and I just don't know!. I ride my bike a lot, and I whenever I go to the park I swing a lot!.!.!.!.!.!. I don't REALLY watch what I eat but yeah!. I've been feeling really fat lately!.

Here's the thing: you are still growing in height!. That's your body's priority right now!. As you grow taller, you will naturally "thin out"!. It is what all of us went through!. So be patient!. It's happening!.

The rule of thumb is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even!. To lose a few pounds, Try this

Breakfast
Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast

10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinles chicken, turkey or fish

3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want

1st of all, the word fat really stinks, I personally prefer fluffy, the connotations aren't as depressing!. I wouldn't worry about your weight as long as your getting some exercise like riding your bike, swimming, walking, etc!. Too much junk food is not good for anyone, even for people with those darn "skinny genes" but some won't hurt!.

Seriously though, a lot of kids gain a little weight around your age, your body may be likely getting ready for a growth spurt and therefore you very well may thin out a little, I've known many kids to do this, including one of my own, so as long as you keep up with your activities I wouldn't worry about it, really what is most important is how you feel, not how you look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really depends on what your doctor says!. Sometimes, people have stronger bones, and their bones have a huge mass!. Muscles take up weight also!. If your doctor says you're okay, than you are not fat!. But you should be careful that you are not obese!. Being overweight is a simple problem since all you have to do is be consistently active and you'll lose your body fat!. Obesity is hard to control, because you have to exercise and watch what you're eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

12 is not the age to worry about your weight
to be honest, no one can know if you look fat
because im 102 and i look much heavier than that because im a dancer
but you need to bring some self confidence to yourself

But if you are feeling sluggish you should eat better, healthier foods, in addition to exercising!.

As long as you go outside everyday and don't sit on the couch all day you're fine!. 12 is not an age to be worrying about your weight, worry more about how much exercise you get and everything else will follow through!.
