Whats the TRUTH about Dairy Products???!


Question: Whats the TRUTH about Dairy Products!?!?!?
Im trying to lose weight!. and I usually eat/drink a normal amount of dairy everyday!.!. But I read two different things about dairy!.!.

1!. The protein enzyme from dairy products is too difficult for the body to break down, and so in the end, much of it is stored inside the body as mucous and fat!.

2!. The calcium supports your metabolism!. That doesn't sound very exciting, but what is exciting is that people everywhere are reporting that it works for them!. Even people who were already dieting and losing weight have tried adding the required amounts of dairy to their diet and report that they lose more weight with the dairy food than without it!.

So which one is true!. or is both true!.!. if so how can it help you lose weight if 1!. is really true!.!. and should I cut out dairy or eat more!.!. im trying to lose weight!.!.!?!?!?

The first of the two is fully true!.As for the second:where did You hear it!?Is it advertisement of a type,because I do suppose so!.They aim to persuade You by any means,so all those "facts"do appear!.It is true, well,that calcium is a very principal diet component,but it goes along with the mucus etc in dairy!.Intake it WITHOUT dairy,and no mucus,no problems!.Sources find on the web!.A very good quality calcium with no complications whatsoever is in veges,less in other vegan food!.Check Wikipedia,there are components tables there for all veges!.Dairy is higher than them in calcium but most mucus and heart disease are from both it and meats!.I would advise going vegetarian,or at least eat less dangerous types of meat(Eggs,etc are bad)and dairy(butter etc are bad)Www@Answer-Health@Com
