so...
Cut 500 cals per day and lose 1 pound per week.
Add in 500 cals of exercise a day, and cut 1 more.
To maintain your weight:
Multiply your weight by 10, then add 10-15%, depending on your activity level.
Weight = 190
Moderatly active = 13%
So to maintain my weight at current activity level:
190 * 10 = 1900 +13% = 2147 cals
