Answers:
dont go by that, go by the total calories in the product. but if you must know, a carb is about 9 calories- but if you burn 9 calories that doesnt mean its just that one carb youre burning.
PLUS it depends on your heart rate compareds to your max heart rate- when you are at about 80% of your max pulse, the ratio of carbs vs. fat being burned to provide energy is slightly higher
