I'm trying to lose weight...?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight!.!.!.!?
im almost 13,
and weigh 124 pounds!.!.!.!.
im 5'2"
i need exercises and good foods to eat to get down to a healthy weight!. i ride my bike to my bus stop, before and after school, but its not much of a ride!. im going to start taking walks in the evening, but i dont think thats enough!. im open to suggestions!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try to lose weight too fast!. You're still growing and too few calories could really mess with your development!. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet and drink plenty of water!. Water is not only a natural appetite suppressant, but it helps to detox you and keep your metabolism up!. Fruits and vegetables are low in calories, high in fiber and vitamins, and convenient to snack on!. Avoid dipping them in sauces and dressing, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

focus on what you are eating!. I found restricting myself on certain foods to be helpful in losing weight!. I make a list of the foods i am about to eat, so that I could keep track of the foods i've already taken in, and note if I already am over eating!. Limit junks and sweets, as well as foods high in fat and sodium!. You would want to select foods rich in fiber so you'd feel full longer!. Don't forget to include a diet rich in fruits and vegetables!. Also, in my experience, drinking plenty of water before meals makes me eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut out sugar!. dont eat sweets, cut down on carbs if you normally eat alot of them meaning like lots of breads and cereals (althoough there are cereals that are healthier choices, that i usually go for ) try cereals for breakfast to fill you up,
eat fruits and vegetables and drink lotso f wwater!.
its not that hard, you just have to commit and tell yourself no to your cravings, dont starve urself obviously,
i lost 3 pounds just by cutting down on the excessive amounts of food i usually ate in 2 weeks,
i didnt do muich exercise, so that goes to show that its mostly about ur diet!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 120 pounds and 12 and I am 5"4"!.I do crunches,push v ups,ups,run,bike,go on an elliptical!. But I don't eat that healthy!. Waly over to friends houses or to the store!.Or get aa friend the run or walk with you,go around the block every day on your bike!.

i can give you my e-mail and i can sends you recipes that will help you achieve your fitness goal!. i'm on a diet plan since i've found out i have heart failure!. for excerise if you don't like runnning walk 2 miles everyday and go on a treadmill for 20 minutes foloowed by a weoght training session!. sweetie!.!.!. youre only 13!.!.!. your body is probably changing and stuff!.!.!. youre going to have baby fat for a little while!.!.!. i suggest that you dont consume yourself with this right now!.!.!. 124 isnt too bad!. Every time you eat something, no matter how big, wait 20 minutes until you eat something else!. Because you may think that you are still hungry, but you can't really tell until after 20 minutes!. Good luuck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
