Diets, the big choice?

what is the best diet for a 16 year old and also training plans if possible?? And is it ok for 16 year olds to join like weight watchers ??? Does this help ??

all the fad diests really only offer short term losses and several of them also have negative consequences later in life relating to you heart. the only proven way to effectively lose weight keep it off is to burn more calories than you take in. hit the gym, get your fruits and veggies and if those are not you style at least get the supplements to replace the vitamins and minerals that you are missing out on, protein, such as chicken is very good for you, and a little beef will also be good but if you like the beef red only up to 3oz is good for you. if you need anymore help please email me kalekendel@hotmail.com
