is this exercise routine ok!? jumping on a trampoline 10 minutes, then jump rope for 10 minutes, and finally dance like mad for 10 minutes!.
then some bicep and tricep curls, and eating 1000 calories a day!. will this help me lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1000 is too low!. You'll mess with your metabolism and slow it down, making you more likely to be overweight in the future, when you're done doing this crazy "diet"!. Keep it at around 1200 - 1500!. Otherwise, it's good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
