How do I stop my craving for Pizza while on a diet?!

Question: How do I stop my craving for Pizza while on a diet!?
I've been working out these past 5 weeks!. I've gone from 213 to currently 180 pounds!

However, whenever I lose my motivation, I eat a WHOLE Pizza(with some kind of vegetable topping)!.

How do I stop my craving for a whole pizza and switch to a healthier treat!?

I've lost 33 pounds so far!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats on the weight loss so far! That's awesome!. :-)
If you completely deny yourself something that you like a lot, you will never completely beat the craving!.
I recommend that you shop around for a different type of pizza!. There are a lot of resources online that rate the various pizza chains and they will let you know which ones are lower in fat, cholesterol and the like!.
If you just have a healthier version (like thin crust, easy on the cheese and veggie toppings instead of meat), you can still eat it!. Also- find someone to share it with!.
If you cannot, make yourself store at least half of it in the fridge the minute you get it and eat it for lunch the next day!.
You could also use it as a reward for the next major goal that you reach!. After all the hard work, you can afford to cheat every once in a while!
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What most people do is either eat in moderation (i!.e!.- one slice instead one whole pizza) or you just have to cut it off!. Find something healthier than pizza, that still makes you feel like you're eating pizza, perhaps whole wheat pasta for dinner, with some healthy tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan!. Try a Lean Cuisine pizza, they are low in fat, and will satisfy your craving !

You can also make a low fat/calorie pizza by using a whole grain english muffin, pizza sauce, low fat (I use 2% cheese) and either turkey pepperoni or veggies !.!.!.then toast in toaster oven or standard oven until cheese melts !Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all it's okay to eat a slice or two of pizza every once in a while as long as it's in moderation!. And to help your craving find some healthy that you love!.(for ex!. I love celery and it has no calories so I eat as much as I want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should give this product a shot!. It's called Acai Berry and it's new on the market, but already endorsed by people like Oprah! I just ordered a free 14-day trial from this site!.!. do it today! you won't regret it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this may sound weird, but brush your teet =]
it always helps me lose my appetite, because things taste funny with all the minty flavor of the tooth pastse!.!.!.!.!.

also you may be eating do to stress level (or losing motivation like you said ) so don't let yourself lose motivation, go outside and go for a walk, and stay away from the tempting pizza, don't even keep it in you home!.!.!. just distract your self from the craving, and pretty soon it will go away

oh and congrats on your results so far!.!.!. keep up the good work
