i have a little bit of an unflat stomach =]

okay, you cant make your stomach flat in a week!. it is impossible!.
the only posible way is if you had crazy abs recently and work your butt of this week!.
the only thing you can do, is this week to not eat any carbs, eat lots or berries and fruits and veggies (this is prevent bloating)
absolutely zero junk food, and junk drinks, no alcohol, you need to do atleast 30 straight minutes of cardio per day
and do atleast 100 situps, 100 leg litfs, and 100 side crunches (50 on each side)Www@Answer-Health@Com

idk but i can't wait for the answer! :) i am trying that to!
here is my plan:
at least 30 minutes of Ab workout excercises (just look up some good crunches and stuff like that)
at least 30 minutes of Cardio workout excercises (try running up and down steps consistently for a minute, dance for a good portion etc!.)
walk/jog for and hour (walk 5 minutes, jog five minutes!. or if you are in good shape run half walk half or just jog the whole thing!)
low carbs! low fat! and don't eat after 7 pm!
