How can I increase my arm power?!


Question: How can I increase my arm power!?
I need a workout that will increase my arm power!. Before you give me any advice, I would like to note a few things:
1) I am weak and I have not been exercising before (can do only 20 push-ups)
2) I want to have a slow work-out that will take approximately 30 min!./day
3)I am looking for a workout that I can do at home!.
4)I am very skinny!.

I'm almost 15 and this is what I do!.

This is one set:
1) Body weight squats - 15
2) Inverted push-up - 10
3) Push up -10
4) Close grip push-up - 10
5) Crunches - 25
6) Close-grip push-ups - 15
7) Lying torso raise - 10
8) Close grip push up - 10
9) Weightless Concentration Curl - 5 on each arm
10) Close grip push up - 10
11) Crunches- 25
12) Close grip push-ups - 15

This is my schedule for my fitness exercises for upper body!.

Mon - rest
Tues - 3 sets
Wed - rest
Thurs - 3 sets
Friday - rest
Saturday - rest
Sunday - 3 sets

Slowly everyday or every two days increase you weight you are lifting in your arms, I prefer bars and dumbells, so you can manipulate a few muscles that you want to rip at that time!. Work from you 10lb!. weights to 15, 20, 25, 30, ect!. Don't only do one arms workout, do reps of workouts that work all of your arms muscles or else you end up with just a large lump and not a balanced muscular arm!. This should increase your strength a ton dude!.

Also I wouldn't recommend only working on your arms, balance is the key, and you should work your legs, chest, neck, ect!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should start by using weights that start to make you feel a little bit tired after fifteen reps if !.you shouldnt work your arms every day either for every day that you workout your muscles they should rest for about 48 hours!.
this is how your muscles get sronger cause when you workout you damage your muscles and what happens is you let your muscles rest so your body can fix the muscle tissue and when your bodys done fixing it (takes 48 hours) your muscles will become stronger!. i learned that from my weightlifting in school

ok well get a curl bar!. or dumb bells!. and start off with a comfortable weight!. since you say your really skinny!. just do the bar at first!. and get it to where you can do a high amount of reps!. and eventually move up the weight!. but dont strain yourself!. eventually it will get stronger and bigger!. and when you have enough strength you can go higher, higher weight and less reps meant stronger, more reps with lower weight means more muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

can't really train at home

You could lift weights!. 10lbs, 15,lbs, 20lbs, etc; (but I'm 13 and I can already lift 20lbs weights!.
