Question: Help! 15 and fat!.!?!?!? tight jeans!.!?
Im 15 years old,
im about 5'6-5'7ish!.!.

i want to know what is the quickest way to lose weight!.

i bought a pair of size 10 jeans yesterday, they fit me but are a little tight around the waist i really wont to wear them out this saturday night is there anyway i can lose some weight so i can fit into them!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is engage in cardiovascular activity for at least 1/2 an hour, which can be biking/swimming/walking/jogging/etc!. That will both burn fat and lose water weight!. You can also drop water weight by cutting down on the amount of salt in your diet!. Keep your meals low-fat and low-calorie, and you should be okay!.

do me a favor and dont follow any diet!.
maybe you lose 20 POUNDS in one week and take it back after double!.
i am sure you can go back to the store and change it to another number that will fit you
and if u wanted to fit jeans like that u think of it a bit late ;p
start doing exercise from now and it will help u for the rest of ur life just dont give up!.!. gl
u are on a right age to start doing something go to gym
not to start lifting 200 kg bars :P but to lose weight!

Many of people will tell you can not lose more than 5 pounds a week or something with the methods on this website you can lose 10 or more a week!.

ok will its monday sooooooo if you jog about 2 or 3 miles every day not in a row like on mile in the morning and one in the noon and one at after noon

put scaram wrap on your legs , arms, and tummy while working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get a toothbrush!.
Stick it in your mouth till you throw up!.
Repeat process if necessary!.
