Question: Drinking milk before runninggg!?
ok, so i know that it's bad to drink milk before running!. My field hockey preseason started today, and it's twice a day for 3 hours!. i know we're doing a run later at 5:30!. But back to the milk topic!. I'm lactose intolerant anyways, so i drink lactaid!. (the milk with no fat and lactose) The carton says very easy to digest!. i was wondering if this would be ok to drink before practice or should i not risk it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only advice i can give you (i've never heard of Lactaid) is to try it out and see what happens!. If you don't feel too good afterwords, then i wouldn't recommend it anymore!. But honestly, i simply wouldn't recommend it in the first place!. But hey, that's the difference between you and i!. You have your Lactaid, i have my Gatorade :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
