ok so everyday i eat.....cheese sandwhich, and fruit ((1 kiwi,1 bananna,10 cherries, 1 plum)) and i drink 1 glass of mango milkshake and water. how many calories is that. but then i play outside for 2 hours ((basketball, trampoline, swings and biking)) then i dance w/ friends or family for 20 minutes.....so if i keep this routine up would i lose alot of weight in no time?? how many calories do i intake everyday?? plz help!!

Also, it sounds like your intake is only around 500-800, which is definately not enough. You need at LEAST 1200 calories a day, just so your heart and brain and other organs can work good. Yes, you would lose weight, and then a) your body will store any fat that you take in and then either you'd die because of lack of nutrients or once you start eating normally (after like a couple weeks of this 'diet') you'll gain all of your weight back, plus more, and mostly as fat. So pleaseeeee start eating more! Go here ( http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul... ) to see how many calories you need in a day, then add around 600 to that to see how many total calories you burn in a day, then subtract 500 calories (meaning eat 500 calories less than the total calories you burn) and then you should lose 1 lb a week!
Please don't starve yourself!
