Question: Working out with 0 results!. Whats going on!!!?
I just had a baby 4 1/2 months ago!. I have been working out for about 3wks now!. I jogg Mon-Sat and do my workout video Mon-Wed!. I have been eating healthier also and I have not lost any pounds!. I just weight my self and gained 2lbs!. Does anyone have a solution for me!. What am I doing wrong!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound like you are at a "weight loss" plateau!. I am at the same spot!. I am thin but want to be toned and it seems like nothing works infact I have too gained 2 pounds!. I just recently went to a trainer and my gym and he said it is because my body is used to doing the same exercise and eating the same things!. So now I have to switch it up!. Instead of a salad everyday I eat hardboiled eggs, hummus, fish and chicken!. I have to do different exercise so one night I do abs and arms, next night legs and treadmill, next night elliptical and back and so on!. Just switch it up do a different exercise or incorporate some channges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, I would reexamine your diet and make sure you're eating enough calories to lose weight!. You might try changing up your workout more often - sometimes people can't lose weight because their body becomes accustomed to doing the same thing over and over!. Try doing something different every couple of days, and you might see different results!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be eating healthier but you aren't eating healthy, big difference!. cut out all packaged food, only eat raw fruits and veggies, nothing fried and no canned food either!. cut out all sweet drinks, stick to water and non fat milk only!. eat lean meats poultry and fish baked not friedWww@Answer-Health@Com

it could be muscle gain!. Write down everything you eat and drink and check the calorie intake over a week, there may be some hidden calories somewhere!. But dont give up you are doing well and it will pay offWww@Answer-Health@Com
