Has my diet and exercise been okay today??!


Question: Has my diet and exercise been okay today!?!?
im trying to lose 5 pounds by sept 6th i currently weigh 115!.

Breakfast:

yogurt 150 calories
4!.5 from fat
and a small pancake with a tiny bit of butter
also a plum

Snack:

a cracker with peanut butter

Dinner: ahi tuna steak pan seared with ginger
and a half a cup of rice!.

And all i drank today was water and a class of soya milk

Exercise: i went for a 20 minute run,walk!.

i burnt 200 calories on the elipitcal

50 pushups

50 squats

lifted 40 5 pound weights

and i did a few more exercises on a exercise ball

So was my diet and exercise okay!?!?!? thx

Answers:
You're not eating fruits and veggies!. (one plum doesn't count!.) At the rate you're exercising, you will lose the weight!. Just don't overdo it! Listen to your body!.
Be sure to take the day off from the weights tomorrow!. Cardio is fine 5-7 days a week, but weights, only every other day!.
Don't starve yourself! You'll lose the weight!. You can add a couple hundred more calories!. Have some whole wheat bread!.

You are not taking in enough calories!. The current diet that you are following will help you lose weight but the problems are that you will hit a platuae and as soon as you get off the diet!.!.!.you will gain weight!. Even more than before!.
