How could i lose about 2-3 pounds a week??!


Question: How could i lose about 2-3 pounds a week!?!?
hi I was always slightly overweighted as a kid!.
Though not dat overweighted and when i went to middle school i didn't eat breakfast or lunch through all four years(i flunked a grade)
but i didn't became really overweight until my second year of being a 7th grader!. I got some pills from my thearapist and she told me it would make me eat a lot and it did!. I went from being 90-100 pounds a healthy 7th grader to about 180-200 pounds after i got off the medication by the end of 7th grade!. i didn't really try to get skinnier until now in my freshman summer vacation year!.!.!.which is right now!.
So lately I've been doing about 1 hour of walking a day five times a week!. And on a daily bases do 50 push-ups, 50 squats, and about a minute of laying down V-stretch(work out my abs^_^)!. So I wanted to ask if this is helping me lose 2-3 pounds a week or no!?!? And if you guys can give me a heads-up on what to do then plzzzz do so^_^
One last thing should i eat only 1000 calories a day or no!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the walking push up squats and v-stretch are great but rty to gradually increase as for walking keep doing that but also do some running
never skip a meal instead eat fruit and have water for breakfast it can help your learning
okay me and my friend tried this diet for a month we worked out just like you but we did it after breakfast then after dinner we didnt eat after 630 we did however drink water we ate only fresh fruits and veggies she had tuna as well but i dont east fish everytime we had a craving or hunger pain we ate the fruit we did allow ouselves one light meal for lunch but no starch no noodles no rice just wheat bread if we had a sandwich no fried foods no fast food no sweets well it worked we got back to our sizes we sped up our metabolism and that cereal honey bunches of oats can get you going too
but you have to keep exercising and dont overeat and watch what you eat after you lose the weight or you will gain it back if you Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
