Question:

Can anybody tell me the name of a good cookbook?

i need the name of a cookbook for diabetics,something that non-diabetics would eat, food with flavor that is healthy and doesn't cost a mint to make. fresh veggies are getting boring! i live in a big truck so my cooking ability is a little limited,i do have a slow cooker type stove.
