Diet where I eat nothing?!


Question: Diet where I eat nothing!?
If I go on a diet where I eat nothing drink water and exercise alot how much weight will I lose in like 5 days!? I'm 15 height is 5ft 4 and I weigh 115 (dont answer if your gonna say dont do it because I already know its dangerous etc but im only doing it for a little while)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will really wear yourself out if you drink nothing but water and exercise!.
I say you should eat, a little!.
But don't stop reading now!

Try to drink 100% Apple or Grape juice, or any kind of juice as long as it is 100%!.
You are still getting nutrition, but not eating a lot or gaining calories!.

And you wont loose a lot in five days!.
I recommend that you lessen the amount of food that you eat, drink no pop, no candy or junk food, and stick to water, fruit, and juice!.
Also, drinking only 100% juice for 4 days is great detox as well!. It will rid your body of lots of waste that you don't need in there =]

The hardest part about losing weight (with diets) is keeping it off, and a diet of just water is impossible to maintain!. What is difficult about these questions is we also need to know Why you need to lose weight in 5 days!. There aren't many reasons that would warrant such an extreme method to lose weight, and you should carefully consider your options before doing so!.

To answer your question, your bmr is around 1400 calories (energy expenditure) and its about 3500 calories per pound lost/gained!. So, if you were to lie in bed all day for 5 days, you would lose about 2 pounds!. Realistically, if you walk around to do things during the day, you'd lose about a pound!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will mess up your metabolism and your body will eat your muscle and all kinds of things, so really in the end you won't have lost anything excpet after the 5 days you will notice the difference, once you start to eat again, your metabolism will be slower and you'll burn calories and everything less when you excercize (which you can't do starving your self because your body source of energy is food!.)

In the end you gain more than you lost in the long run!. But at least while your body is shutting down, and under the impression death is on it's way, you won't be dehydrated!.

Well a woman usually eats 2000 calories per day, so lets say you burn 200 from exercise, that's 2200 calories each day!.

There are 3500 calories in a pound so if you do the math, 2200 * 5 = 11000 / 3500 is 3!.1 pounds!.

Although i am highly against you doing this for safety reasons, if your going to do it anyway dont do it all in 5 days, i would say do it in 10 days, and eat normally 1 day, then do your plan the next, or just eat half of what you usually eat and you'll get the same results in 10 days!.

do it if you want but i wouldn't, your gonna lose muscle and water weight, so its basically not worth it, i tried it before and then someone held a slice of pizza in front of my face haha! but anyways, if youre trying to lose it in quick time, why not go for 2 weeks and just do Pilate's instead and a healthy diet! you should think about it, A really easy way is to substitute coke for water! both taste good, so just go with water, (i love cold water, tastes delicious to me, idk why though lol)
also, being 5'4 and weighing 115 is thin!. if you look it up, the average for a 5'4 girl, is 120 to 130 pounds, so my advice is i wouldnt worry too much about it, but pilates will help to make you look better, its good exercise

If you only do it for a little while, then when you stop you'll gain the weight RIGHT back because you just stunted your metabolism!.

gonna say dont do it because thats really bad!. try getting a bunch of those 100 calorie packs and eating them right before you exercise so you have the energy and you wont lose anyweight in 5 days mabey if you do it for a couple weeks if you add in some veggies and fruits here and there!.

hey girl! im 15 too!. i understand the need to lose weight fast, so im not gunna tell you not to do it, because ive done it before, you'll probably lose about 5 to 7 pounds!. But seriously i recommend at least eating some yogurt or a bananna or something!. Cause it gets really tough and you might get kind of sick for whatever the occasion you need to lose the weight for is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hun you need some serious help!. that can lead to ANOREXIA!. even going 5 days without eating is really bad for you body!. and working out on no food can make you pass out!. also, it destroys you metabolism!. it will slow way down and you will gain weight very easily afterward!. try a diet where you eat small, healthy meals!. you will probably lose 6 lbs!. of water weight and maybe even muscle because your body goes in starvation mode and uses your muscle and turns it into fat to keep you going though the day!.you will also gain it right back when you start eating againWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might loose from anywhere to 5-10lbs, but seriously you won't be able to keep up with your exercise while fasting!. I've done many fasting, but i've been only able to keep up with exercising for maximum of 3 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not lose much because your body will get the signal it is being starved and shut down your loss preparing itself for starvation!. Better to eat sensible but cut out all junk food and most carbs if you want a fast loss!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
