Good indoor exercises for tummy and butt?!

Question: Good indoor exercises for tummy and butt!?
I recently lost about 40 pounds, i feel great except when i look in the mirror, i need some good exercises i can do indoors ( not a gym or fitness center) my tummy really has excess fat and sags, and my butt sure does need a lift and to get toned, also have lose under arm skin to tighten up, any ideas as to how i can achieve this!?
I'm fairly active, but what I'm doing does not seem to be working as far as toning and tightening these areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
For your arms use hand weights, or the weights that you wear on the wrists!. I like the wrist ones because you can do most everything you normally do and work the muscles at the same time!.

For the butt, get down on all four, on a blanket or mat, tighten the butt muscles and kick backwards, like a donkey!.

For the tummy the best is probably sit ups, but if you're not used to them, you end up hurting!.Try laying on your back, and bring one leg up as close to the chest as you can!. Do one leg at a time!. After you've done this a few times you should have strengthened your tummy enough that the sit ups shouldn't be so bad!.

If you want to work the whole body at one time, get a beginners belly dancing video!. My daughter found out that it works really well for everything, tummy, arms, legs and butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most popular of them may be Crunches, Jogging, Sit ups, walking and cycling!. But the important thing is that you should go to a qualified doctor or a physical trainer before start and he will guide you through!. Remember that there are no short cuts !.!.!.!.!. By the way Sex will also work for some extent :) good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

see if you can get some kickboxing videos!. they target the prob areas you have mentioned!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well to be completely honest Fred theres a limit to what exercises you can do for your ***!. Even with weights theres not too much *** exercises!. The closest i can think of is the leg press!.
What i can suggest is 30 mins cardio as soon as you wake up in the morning!. This will burn maximum fat and a good run regularly will help define your quads, which might just help with your sagging ***!.!.!.lol!.
Tummy!? Did someone say crunches!? I personally work my abs every 2nd night before i hit the sack and do about 10 different exercises!. Here are a few if you feel like giving them a try:
Crunch: Lying with your back on the floor, your kness pointed in the air and your feet flat on the floor!. Clasp your hands together and put them behind your head to support it - your hands should not do any pulling at all, keep them pointed out to the sides to help!. Use your abs to pull your upper body off the floor and towards the ceiling!. After you feel your whole upper back leave the floor return to the starting point and go again!. 10-20 reps!.
Superman crunch: Flat on the floor, put your feet in the air and reach for your feet, puuling your upper body off the floor!. Bent knees are fine it wont make any difference to the exercise!. These are very intense and will give you the rock solid 8-pack!
Elbows to knees: start with your legs in towards your chest - like you were sitting on your back, your knees are bent in the air where your hips are!. Comprehende!? 'with your elbows bent in pointing at your knees, bring your elbows to your knees!. 10-20 reps!.
Bicycles: This is a tricky exercise you might wanna find a video to see exactly how they are done but they are a very effective abs exercise!. Basically, (and this might sound a little confusing in writing) kick your legs out one at a time as if you were pedling on a bicycle!. At the same time, bring your left elbow to right knee and your right elbow to your left knee as you "peddle"!. 20-40 reps
That should be enough variety to get some good abs happening!. Combined with a good run in the morning you should get rid of the bad-*** (lol) and get some great abs with a little effort and PATIENCE! It wont happen overnight! Www@Answer-Health@Com
