Why is my weight loss and inch loss so minimal?!?!

Question: Why is my weight loss and inch loss so minimal!?!!?
Hi!. I have been eating sensibly and exercising at the gym for 4 weeks now!. I eat weetabix and skimmed milk for breakfast, wholemeal pitta, salad and ham for lunch and a balanced dinner at 6 (stir fry or salad)!. I have fruit as a snack!. I have been doing 10 minutes on each of the following at the gym; bike, running machine (only fast walking and on an incline), cross trainer, recumbent bike and rowing machine!. So far I have only lost 5 pounds and an inch off my hips, stomach and waist!. My chest has stayed the same!. I definitely am feeling tonnes better and my clothes fit better!. I look a bit smaller too and am pleased about the results but I am also disappointed that they are only small decreases!. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and am going back to work soon, so will only be able to go 2 or 3 times then!. I have about a stone and a half to lose!. I am 14 stone 5 and I want to get down to about 13 stone or thereabouts!. What can I do that will have a greater impact on my weight and inch loss!. I don't want to do any drastic diet that you have to pay for! Any tips will be gratefully received!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com

At the same time that you are losing weight, you are gaining muscle!. It's that simple!. You are losing, and you are feeling good and thats the whole point to taking care of youself!. The gain in muscle is going to slow the weight loss so just take your time and the actual fat weight will come off!. You are doing good so keep up the good work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week!.!. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site!.!. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people are slow starters!. If you are telling the truth about what you eat then you cant do much more diet wise, are you sure you are not snacking biscuits etc!?
Wait a while before you judge, the only way then is to eat even less and exercise even more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Greetings it is commonly known that diets fail over 90% of the time!. I suggest that you visit http://fly2!.ws/JlyYGGH its a fantastic site with great free, sound advice!. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks by following their techniques Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are doing the same routine on the same machines each time you go to the gym, your body will get to used to your work out!. You need to increase the resistance and increase the duration!. You may also want to add some weights into your routine as this will help you tone up!. As someone else mentioned, as you workout, you build up muscle, so you may not see an instant weight decrease, but you will notice that your clothes fit better - as you have noticed!. Try varying your routine and possibly taking part in some classes or even try swimming!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, you need to be careful with weight loss!. Rapid weight loss really isn't healthy for you and if you are planning on losing weight for an event, then you need to plan in advance!. Typicaly guidelines are 2 to 3 pounds weight loss a week is healthy!. More than that and you do run a risk of damaging yourself!.

Losing weight is, in itself, relatively easy!. You need to

1) Consume Less Calories
2) Burn More Calories

What is difficult is the motivation for weight loss!.

Most people struggle to lose weight because they do not have the motivation and because they give in to all the temptation around!.

I personally have found that hypnosis is an excellent way to deal with weight loss motivation as it works with the subconscious mind and really helps you get motivated!. A good hypnotist can also do things like stop you craving chocolate and sweet things and help you be more motivated with exercise and the like!.

I've also found that as the excess weight starts to drop off I am feeling much more self confident and better about myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
