Ugh, I am so angry with myself..?!


Question: Ugh, I am so angry with myself!.!.!?
A few months ago, i decided i needed to lose weight!. I worked really hard and stuck to a sensible diet, and managed to lose nearly a stone and a half!. Since the summer holidays have began, i've found it much harder to stick to my diet!. I basically started binging everyday, and have consequently gained a whole stone in a matter of weeks!. I'm so angry with myself and I'm finding it really hard to get back into my diet because i feel like i've failed and i have to start from square one again!. Anyone else lost weight, only to gain it again!? Did you manage to re-lose the weight!? I need some spurring on here :(

hey there !.!.!. don't worry about what re-gaining the weight, the fact that you lost weight has not been erased, and definitely should not be forgotten!. People always lose weight and gain it back depending on certain circumstances, such as the summer!. I know the summer is especially hard to diet with BBQ's, burgers, and all those high-fat summer foods!. Don't let these foods ruin all of your hard work!. Think of it this way - would you rather eat a hamburger and fries or look really nice in a bikini!? That always motivated me to eat the right foods!. If your out somewhere or just at home, try to aim for more vegetables and salads instead of the other foods that caused you to gain weight!. If you feel like you really want those foods, they are okay to eat in small portions and moderation!. Also, it is really helpful to cut out dessert and sodas from your diet - you will lose weight a lot faster by just doing that!. I had a similar experience as you, because I lost weight, and then gained half of it back!. I felt really upset afterwards, and decided that I wouldn't let it happen again!. Also, try adding some exercise to your daily routine, as that will increase your metabolism and help you lose weight faster!. Before you go for fatty foods, think about how you'll feel when you gain the weight you've worked so hard to lose!. Good luck with your diet - I'm sure you'll do great!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

All the time!. I have settled at a healthy weight now and that is because I have dealt with other issues around me, which were causing me to over eat!.

I ate a healthy balanced diet and picked foods which kept me healthy and strong and not junk!. I moved more and now I play sports and walk, a lot!. It is hard, I really know, but you will only keep off the weight when any other issues you have which make you eat, are dealt with!.

I believe that you can do it!. you just have to enter a mind frame that will allow you to get passed those days that you want to bing, make sure that the diet you choose is not an extreme one like Adkins or one that you just don't eat!. you have to eat to fuel your body and so that you'll get the strength to exercise!. make sure you eat healthy drink lots of water and don't give up!. eat 5-6 small meals through out the day!. do some cardio and again don't forget the water!.
