Question: Making LEGS, THIGHS, and HIPS thinner!?
Hmm!.!.I'm a girl, dont let the name joey fool you, its not my account!.

I just wanted to know, if the question is, "how do i make my legs, thighs, and hips thinner and smaller!?" then why is the answer lunges or squats!?

I've read several answers and I was told to do that!. Why!?!?!? Wouldnt those make the legs bigger by increasing muscle mass!?

I want thin legs, skinny, where my thighs dont rub!.!.!.

she exercises but dam her torso is so thick!. thats disgusting!.!.but its fit, but theres too much muscle!

lunges and squats WILL NOT make your legs thick, she only has legs like that because she is a body builder and probably works on them all the time using really heavy weights!. the more muscle you have the higher your metabolic rate which means you will burn more fat during the day and therefore be skinnier!. lunges and squats will make your legs look toned so you dont end up being 'skinny fat'Www@Answer-Health@Com
