I need to gain weight fast?!

Question:

I need to gain weight fast?

I'm 14, female and 5"3...i weigh about 85lbs...i'm about a stone underweight, i'm hoping to gain a stone during the summer holidays.
I've always been naturally thin, high metabolism ect.
I've been eating more and more lately and i'm starting to see some results...i've gained a few pounds.
But it goes up and down.
I want to be able to gain a stone which is roughly 13lbs i think by the time i start year 10/grade 10...in a few months.
PLEASE DOES ANYONE HAVE any good weight gaining plans?

NOT MUSCLE plans please i've tried that , it's fat i want to gain.
Do not suggest junk food because i already eat this.

BTW i eat loads and loads but it doesnt seem to work very well cuz of my metabolism.

any help would be appreciated.

Answers:

Obviously, you need to increase your caloric intake. Here is a sample meal plan:

Breakfast:
1 banana (90 cals)
1 large whole wheat bagel (aprox. 350 cals)
2-3 TB Peanut butter (aprox. 275 cals)
1 cup whole milk (150)
coffee or tea if desired (0)
total=(aprox) 855 calories

Snack: 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, peanuts, whatever), 1/4 cup dried fruit
total=400 calories

Lunch:
2 slices whole wheat bread (180)
4 oz chicken (150)
2 TB mayonaise(180)
1 cup whole milk (150)
carrots (50)
2 oz cheese (160)
apple (80)
total=950 calories

Snack:
1 cup yogurt (240)
1 banana (90)
2 (small) granola bars (aprox. 180)
total=510 calories

Dinner:
5 oz pork (200)
1 cup whole wheat pasta (200)
broccoli with 2 tsp butter (80)
1 slice bread (80)
2 tsp butter (80)
1 cup whole milk (150)
total=790 calories

Snack: 1 cup high-calorie ice cream (i.e. Haagen-dazs--aprox. 450 calories)
strawberries (50)
total=500

Total Calories= (aprox) 4,000

Try not to eat unhealthy, junk food (chips, fried foods, Mcdonalds, etc) and stick with nutritious, calorie dense foods. Also, if possible avoid doing to much cardio (walking, running) as this will burn calories, slowing the weight gain process. If you want, you can do weight training, but you said you wanted to gain fat. So I would just stick with a high-calorie, nutritious diet. Good Luck!
