you should eat fruit and veggies everyday and drink atleat a gallon of water also!. try making a diet or exercise plan to keep track, thats what i do!.i did crunches situps and jog atleast 30 min a day!. i started doing this last week and after each week i lost around 7 pounds!.it really helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well try to be healthy, a good way is to take water weight pills, they get rid of the weight women have just from water retention!. but dont take them alot, only before an event or something otherwise your body wont have enough water for your organs to function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
