How often would it be safe to do this?!


Question: How often would it be safe to do this!?
I'm considering doing a 24 hour fast/partial fast!.!. I've heard of people doing them on a regular basis and they seem to swear by them!. In that time I would only drink water and pure cranberry juice, and maybe anything else that's one of those foods (like cranberries) that will help to clean out your system!.
Should I take something on that day!? (LIke fleet!?)
Would it be safe to do this once a week,!.!. every 2 weeks!.!. every month!.!.!. !?
Should it just be cranberry juice and water, or should I have something else!?
This wouldn't be done with weight loss in mind but rather overall health, and will power!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check with your doctor first!. He/she should say it is just fine, barring any previous health problems!. I've known people to do 40 day water fasts!. Heck, Jesus fasted on occasion!. I've done it as well, not with cranberry juice, but with just water!. As long as you're just in it for the health benefits and not expecting a huge weight loss, you'll probably be fine!. You'll be very hungry for the first 24 hours, but after about two days, you should stop being hungry!.

Firstly, you need to be careful with weight loss!. Rapid weight loss really isn't healthy for you and if you are planning on losing weight for an event, then you need to plan in advance!. Typicaly guidelines are 2 to 3 pounds weight loss a week is healthy!. More than that and you do run a risk of damaging yourself!.

Losing weight is, in itself, relatively easy!. You need to

1) Consume Less Calories
2) Burn More Calories

What is difficult is the motivation for weight loss!.

Most people struggle to lose weight because they do not have the motivation and because they give in to all the temptation around!.

I personally have found that hypnosis is an excellent way to deal with weight loss motivation as it works with the subconscious mind and really helps you get motivated!. A good hypnotist can also do things like stop you craving chocolate and sweet things and help you be more motivated with exercise and the like!.
