Weightwatchers diet - size8 in 4 months?!


Question: Weightwatchers diet - size8 in 4 months!?
im a size 12 weighing 10stone am on a weightwatchers points diet, i can have 23 points aday but i only use 17 points aday and i work out 5 days a week (bikeriding,swimming&gymworkouts) i have only just started and i want to know if there is a chance of me becoming a size 8 which is a healthy size for me (i checked with my doctor) by december!? ThankYou =) P!.S im 14 nearly 15 if that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is a good start, but I would eat all of your 23 points a day!.!.if not you could be going into starvation mode and doing more damage than good!. Use the extra points on some lean protein and make sure you are getting in your healthy oils!. you will lose the weight, but if it comes on too fast from over doing it you run the risk of gaining it all back plus MORE because you would of messed with your bodies metabolism!. your young, you don't want to be doing that to yourself because it will haunt you the rest of your life! You are only allowed to save 4 points each day, so 17 points is far to low!. If you try and eat less than what you need to survive your body will think you are starving it and you could find that you don't lose anything that week or you can stay the same!. The exercise sounds fantastic though

good for you i wish i had the motivation you have, if you stick to it i don't think that you should have any problem reaching you goal!. just be careful and sensible and try to treat yourself once a week and also try not to get too obsessed with it good luck let us know how you get on with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
