Exercise help! Answer please!?!


Question: Exercise help! Answer please!!?
Ok school starts on Sept!.2, and today is August 18!. I have this extra flab on my stomach (like it doesnt pour over my pants, just a tiny gut, and when i walk and look down i can see it jiggle gross!.),and need to tone my thighs!. What do I do!? Right across my house are a set of stairs!. There are about 88-100 steps!. And they go up very high up to another street at the top, since me live on like a slope terrain!. I once did 5 sets of those, and the next day i was sore :P There is also a gravel trail on a park I could run on!. Should I do that!? Every morning 5 sets ont he stairs, until school and maybe a jog on the trail sometime!? But the thing is I already have huge calves, and I dont want them getting bigger what do i do!?
Like the only thing fit about are my legs!. Ij just need to tone my inner thighs!. My stomach is!.!.bleh but decent, and my arms are WEAK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging, running the stairs, sit ups!.!.all are great work outs!. Do them regularly in combination with eathing whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean meats(NO soda's)(they make you retain water weight, so do salty foods)!., and you should both look and feel great in a few weeks! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should probably start eating a lot of In and Out burgers, they will help you lose a TON of weight!. you need to also begin eating deep fried twinkies because they make the Protogyntic Acid work stronger in your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jogging is the big one, working out your abs I guess, crunches, situps, Theres is this excercise called a cannonball!. you curl up on the ground and the kickout your legs and arms sort of like exploding of a cannonball!. But you can't let your legs touch the ground so your sitting on your but balancing while your doing the kicking the legs out, and swinging your arms!. after that you curl back up and do it a again just don't let your legs touch the ground it's all about the balance!.
