I would say something with wheat, proteins, and vitamins!. Something like multi-grains Cheerios, scramble eggs, and orange juice!. That's what the best thing to have in the morning, it's healthy, and good for your body and it should last at least 4 hours!. Or you could try having Slim fast drink, bar, and/or cereal!. That can keep up for total 4 hours and and it's healthy!. That's all I give you for an idea as all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
