Answers:
Egg whites aren't going to build muscle mass, they will give you the protein you need to repair the muscle that you tear down when you workout though!. The one thing to understand about egg whites is that each egg white is going to have about 3!.5g of protein!. So if you are going to use egg whites, just make sure that you get your needed allotment of protein!.

EDIT:
You can eat as many of the egg whites as you want and there are plenty af different ways that you can add them to your current food list!.

-- in your tuna
-- egg whites for your eggs inthe morning, use one yolk per 4-6 eggs!.
-- in a salad
-- the options are unlimited!.!.!.

Your list of foods has a wide range and will prove to be advantageous as one of the toughest things for people to overcome is boredom in their meal planning!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Egg whites are a great source of protein to START your day, but egg whites alone definitely won't help you build mass!. I'm 6'4", 220 lbs!., and I eat 6 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs every morning (the egg yolks have alot of vitamins and the fat/cholesterol from that little amount won't hurt your diet)!. Keep in mind that your primary source of proteins to bulk up should come from meat, and that post-workout the best protein is whey (because it will be absorbed the fastest by your muscles!.!.!.I like Optimum Nutrition tropical punch flavor the best because you can mix it with juices, frozen fruit, honey, etc!.)!. Before bed or later in the day it's good to take in some type of slow-digesting protein (Casein) which can be bought in powder form, or which can be found in most (if not all) dairy products, e!.g!. cottage cheese, yogurt or skim milk!. To a certain degree you can also get protein from nuts, but they are an "incomplete" source, that is, you can't get your daily level of needed protein from just nuts!.!.!.which means you have to get a good mixture of meat, whey, casein and protein from nuts!. If you want to bulk up, you have to eat a good amount of carbs as well, and so for each meal, if you try to get around 40g of proteins, 40g of carbs, and 20g of fats, it will be a good start!. For the carbs, try and stick to "slow-digesting" carbs, which are things like wheat bread, wheat pasta, oatmeal, etc!., and for the fats (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and Omega 3, 6, and 9) try to get them from fish (especially salmon), nuts, and most salad dressings (in the form of polyunsaturated fat)!. Anywho, hope this helps!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eggs and egg protein have long been used as a staple for weightbuilding and nutrition !. Egg protein has been referred as " perfect protein " - contains all amino acids in equal ratio compared to other food items !. For those who love eggs and eat dozens a day , just eat one egg yolk and the rest egg whites !.Despite what you are taught to beleive , a large portion of the fats in egg yolk are good fats ! So eating one egg yolk a day isnt going to do any harm, obviously for weightlifters who eat dozens of egg a day , its wise to have 1 egg yolk and the rest all whiteWww@Answer-Health@Com
