Would I see results on my BUTT if I...?!


Question: Would I see results on my BUTT if I!.!.!.!?
If I ate once a day (I always do and am skinny and healthy, except my butt), excercised for 1hour a day (butt and thigh excercises), ran up and down stairs for 30mins, and didn't sit till evening, just would always stand!. Would I see at least SOME results in a week!? I really must lose it!. I'm size 10 and it looks huge on my body!. Not proporcionate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats, Duck Squats, Lunges and Front Squats are great for the butt!. Try to focus on contracting the butt as you do the exercise!. And you should really think about eating six or seven small meals a day!. A small meal being about 300 to 400 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont be silly!.That will send your metabolism for a disaster!eat 5 small healthy meals a day,do 30 minutes of cardio daily followed by an hour of pilates!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
