Please answer? how did i do?!


Question: Please answer!? how did i do!?
For breakfast I ate a banana
then i ran up and down my stairs about 10 times
then i took a 30 minute walk/jog
for lunch i ate a grilled cheese with whole wheat bread, organic cheese, and 2 slices of tomatoes
then i danced for an hour
for dinner i had grilled salmon with spinach
then i hoola hooped for 15min
and then i did 10 minutes of ab workouts
i had a total of 5 glasses of water
HOW DID I DO!? if i do something similar to this everyday how much do you think i will lose in a week!? what about a month!?

Sounds like you did very well!.

I can't tell you how much you'll lose in a week or month, but keep it up and you'll lose weight and tone up from all that movement!.

Maggie, I would suggest adding more food to your diet!. You aren't eating nearly enough and run the risk of doing harm to your body!. Here are some suggestions on a low calorie meals!. The average person needs about 2000-2500 calorie to maintain their current weight so by dropping to a 1,200 calorie diet you are going to loose weight but in a much healthier way than you are now!. Make sure that you are taking multivitamins along with your diet!.
