Is this a good diet???
i wanna tone up this summer really bad and im wondering if what im doing is right...
well lets start with exercise...i do about 250 crunches a day, 50 push ups (im really bad at those and trying to increase the amount day by day), 50 leg lifts on each leg, and 20-30 minutes of running each day...
For breakfast i usually have a smoothie made with a bit of vanilla yogurt..low fat, 1/2 a banana, 2 strawberries, and a handful of blueberries
Lunch- a salad with romaine, cheese(2 tbsp), handful of mixed nuts, few grapes, and grilled chicken with a 10 calorie marinade
Snack- a fruit of some sort or another smoothie
Dinner- whole wheat bread with lettuce tomato onion..more veggies, soup with wheat toast, or a traditional Indian meal without rice( mostly veggies sauteed with bread)
how does that sound...will i be able to tone with this diet and exercise

Sounds very healthy to me
