Please help me with my eating habits!?

Im very skinny but eat like a pig! I have tried to eat healthier. I am skinny now and im 11. I know in the furture i will be fat or unhealthy if i keep eating the way i eat. I love fruits but hate veggies. I like to skip alot of meals to stay skinny. I no its not right but i really am afraid of getting fat.

I dont understand how im so skinny and stay skinny even though i eat alot of bad foods. PLEASE HELP ME CHANGE the way i eat!

I know in the future i will be BIG if i Continuethe the way i eat
so please give me some ideas of how to eat healthier and i do exersice i run track and cheerlead so i must stay skinny for cheerleading so please give some ideas to stay healthy AND REMEBER I HATE VEGGIES!

I know this girl in my school that is like that too. you are skinny because you have a fast digestive system. I dont think theres a way to cure that but heres some adivce to help you eat healthier.

Dont eat inbetween your meals, Once you've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner you shouldnt eat anything else. Pretend your kinda like in school. How first you eat breakfast, go to school, do work and then eat lunch. When done eating lunch you do some more work and then you go home, and eat dinner. Try to make your days sort of like that.

But healthy foods, When you go food shopping with your mom pick out items that aren't filled with fat, oils, and sugars. For instance, fruit yogurts are healthy. They dont have too many calories or fat grams. If you want to eat some junk food buy the ones that are fat free. I know they have cookies, (oreos) in a small bag. There like chips but only 100 Calories, pretty healthy. It's healthier than regular kind. Taste the same too.

Or... make a chart. List down what you ate on that day and write down all of the calories and sugars, and fat grams that were in the food you ate. Get all of the results from that day and add them up. See how much calories, fat grams and sugars you ate that day. Try to keep it as low as possible. The human being shoul eat a day about 2,000 calories.
