First of all, it's hard to say without knowing how overweight you are or how much you would like to lose!. If you have a lot to lose, I don't think there is a such thing as an easy way!. If it's just a little, I would try drinking water!. Everytime you are thirsty, just drink water!. No soda or sweet tea or anything with lots of sugar in it!. Second, if you cook with alot of butter, switch to "I can't beleive it's not butter", or "Smart Balance"!. "I can't beleive it's not butter" did wonders for me after i had my baby!. And third do a 20 or 30 minute walk or jog (deprnding on how much you have to lose and how easily your body can lose it) every day!. If you do jog, make sure you stretch first so you don't pull a muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
