well it depends on your body structure take your pointer finger and your thumb and rap it around your wrist if you can overlap you should weigh about 135 if your fingers just touch about 145 if your fingers dont touch you can weigh any where from 155-163!. If you fit those requierments you are a healthy weight!. Thats what is so funny about ppl asking you how much you weigh you can weigh 163 and be 5'6 and be obese or be perfectly healthy hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
