If you're in relatively good shape, what you see as 'chub' may actually just be stored water!. To lose excess water, watch your salt intake and be sure to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day!. (You have to drink water to shed water)!. If it really is just a small layer of fat, there's no way to 'spot reduce!.' In other words, you can't make one part of your body skinnier by just working its muscles!. If this were the case, nobody would have double chins or pudgy faces, because all the talking and smiling would burn it off! To lose fat in one place, you have to lose fat overall, and you do this by eating an appropriate amount of calories and getting plenty of cardio exercise like walking, running, swimming, etc!. look into HIIT 3 times a week!. The days when you dont do HIIT, take lower carbs!. If you dont know what HIIT is then read about it here

Well, like you, I intend on having the same thing for school!. What I started to do everyday, is running and sit-ups everyday!. I do 2 miles a day and about 30 sit-ups!. Well, maybe that's 'cause I'm a guy, but running could definitely help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
