Anyone know a good way to get fit without a stupid weight watchers program and stuff?

Well, I'm 13 years old and I'm a little out of shape and I want to lose weight and get built. I want to weigh 130-145 pounds within the next month, i currently weigh 185 and have lost 12 pounds so far... I want to lose it healthily and still be able to lose it at a fast rate. Thanks for any help.
