Question: How To Lay Off The Soda !?
my whole family drinks alot of soda and im trying to stop my habit of drinking it so i can start getting ready for wrestling!. so any ideas on how!? and how many weeks does someone need to exercise to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good substitute for soda (if you like the bubbles) is sparkling water with fruit juice or simply a squeeze of lemon!. If you cut out the junk ans exercise more you should start losing weight right away- and you'll feel much better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start jogging, and drinking bottled water!. The jogging will start to make you realize how little soda quenches your thirst and makes you feel like crap!. Like, what I mean is after jogging you'll feel great, and if you drink a soda afterwards, by contrast, it will make you feel like crap!.

And several others on here have already said this, but get yourself addicted to iced tea, as a replacement for soda!. And I would highly recommend also getting used to drinking hot green tea all the time!. The EGCG in green tea will also help you to burn fat more quickly!. The tea will even make you start thinking more clearly and sharply!. You'll feel smarter because your brain will finally be able to breathe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been doing so as well!.
Just try imagining your goal; in this case it is to get ready for wrestling; every time you are tempted to drink some soda just picture yourself on the team winning the championship!
and hopefully your will power is strong enough to stop yourself!.
try iced tea, flavoured water, and regular water instead!.
or even just plain 100% juice!
and in the beginning it is hard to cut back completely so drink it every once in a while until you can cut it more and more!
try even telling your family what you`re doing; maybe they`ll help you and cut their habit too!

Drink tons of water, its great for wrestlers!. It depends on your body type and metabolism, so work out and eat healthy and you'll start feeling better and will lose a few pounds within three weeks or so!. Every time someone offers you soda or you see them, just keep the prize in your mind and drink water, reward yourself for being disciplined with something that is not food that you enjoy!. Just imagine how happy and healthy your insides will feel without soda and you'll live longer and have stronger bones and teeth!. Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Picture the 12 teaspoons of sugar in a can of soda!. That should help turn off the appeal somewhat!. Or find a tooth and leave it overnight in a Coke and see what happens to the tooth! Or pour a Coke over your dirty battery cables!. (Coke is used by mechanics to clean them)!.

If you want to be strong, you can't become that way if you continue to drink soda!. And diet is even worse because of all the chemicals your body doesn't know what to do with!

You will learn to appreciate plain water after a while, and it will quench your thirst much better than soda!.!.!. and your whole body will thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u should eat chocolate because chocolate has some of the caffeine in it even though its addicting its not as bad as soda and then it will start lowering your need to have caffeine so you should do that and im a wrestler too and what i do to stay in shape is i lift weights one day and then the next day i run on the treadmill at my workout place and then the next day i lift weights again it relaly works it makes you stronger for wrestling!. thats whaat you should do Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can lose weight on your first day if u do a lot of cardio, u wont lose much weight but u will lose some!. but remember, a healthy diet is just as important as exercise wen it comes to weight loss because if u were to lose say 800 calories in one work out and then go get a big mac at mcdonalds, it would be as if you didn't even work out for the day!.

as for the soda, a good way to get off it is to replace it with water every once in awhile!. like say ur thirsty, get water instead of a soda but for dinner get a soda instead of water!. then once u get use to that start working on drinking water or juice for dinner and a soda every other day!. keep doing this until u completely overcome soda!. people been doing this for years and it works very well!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm/was addicted to soda also!. I'm going threw the same thing!. The summer makes it so much harder because I'm home more and it's always here!. But I've gotten a lot better with it!. Each week I drink one can less of soda!. Find out how much you drink a day then each week take a can away!. Eventually you'll get to nothing!. I'm down to one =D
It's also good to get a replacement drink, mines water & vitamin water (love the way it tastes and has flavor unlike water)!.

umm!.!.!.drink water with lemon instead! talk to your family and tell them how you don't want anymore soda, their not gonna force feed it too you! if u really wanna lose weight and your really determind then you can do anything!.!.!.even not drink soda!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you guys can stop buying soda!? it's all about will-power and I know it's hard!. But i think about it this way!. By drinking water it helps clears up your face and it is like cleansing your body!. And you should excercise at least 15minutes daily!. Best of luck~!Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends with the exercise!. But with the soda thing, switch something less unhealthy or drink less soda, and slowly ween off of it!. Because you actually will have caffene withdraws if you don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i went through the coke cola thing and i got off it by drinking heaps of water or cordial
as for the losing weight thing, it depends on you, how much you lose is your decision

Start drinking Ice Tea!.!. I use to drink a lot of sodas and then I got a respiratory infection and could not drink them!.!. I switched to tea!.!. It ONLY takes two weeks to notice a difference not a monthWww@Answer-Health@Com
