How can I lose 10-15 pounds?
I know I need to exercise and eat healthy, but I don't know how to do it. And I know it won't be easy, but if you colud help me out ( w/ tips, plans, diets, ect) that wolud be wonderful!! thanks for the help!!

You can do pilates, it doesn't really make you sweat but you're still moving around. Also, running laps around your block or at the park for 40 - 60 minutes is good. For dieting, you should eat your vegetables, fruits, wheat, and diary products. You should have a variety on your diet or else you`ll get tired of eating the same thing over and over again. But I also think that you should give yourself a break, like have a day wear you can eat anything you like, but don't overeat. Make sure that you burn more calories than you eat.
