acutally!.!.!. it depends on what type you are!. if you are very athletic!.!.!. you would need to consume MORE calories to keep your metabolism at a good rate!. but remember that if you east more!.!.!.!. you have to burn THAT, plus your others!. so plan for jogging, and walking around your local park or place of your living!. ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
if your going to count calories just make sure that you don't exceed 2000 a day but i know alot of people when trying to lose weight will cut it down to 1200 but it wont do any good if you dont exercise with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
